Superior Walls Featured on This Old House
NEW HOLLAND, PA. – Energy-efficient Superior Walls® Xi™ wall panels will be featured this season on the Emmy-Award-winning PBS television series This Old House. The basement foundation system is used in the construction of a prefab eco-friendly home in Weston, Massachusetts, that is the focus of the show’s new season. August 14, 2008 is the day; the day of the season premiere of DIY’s BLOG Cabin (9pm showing) featuring Superior Walls products. It will be shown throughout the week at various other times as well. 2008 Southern Building Show Update
The Southern Building show, held in Atlanta GA, has been exhibiting a showcase home since 2005. During that time, hundreds of building industry professionals have toured the homes to see the products used during construction first-hand. The 2008 home is the first one to be completed as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)certified. Concrete: Stronger and…Lighter? Find Out How on NAHB’s Concrete Tour
The 2008 NAHB Concrete Techonogy Tour will take place June 1 - June 3. It will be centered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Attendees will travel to several facilities; Masonry House; a block plant; Carolina Bohminite and of course, best of all, Superior Walls of North Carolina.
